Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller Services, Team Lead in Nashville, TN or Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to positive customer relationships by ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and relationships
- Develop team members to become effective Controllers
Required Qualifications:
- Previous management experience with teams of at least five or more
- High level of independence and maturity
- CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required
- 8+ years of accounting experience with venture-backed start-ups
- Minimum of 3 years in a management position
