Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership or mentoring
• 3+ years of experience in project management, creator relations, or data analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in public speaking and delivering engaging training or presentations
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom for collaboration and workflow management
