Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care - Provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the team to meet goals and compliance standards
  • Conduct coaching sessions and performance appraisals, documenting conversations in the HR system
  • Analyze operational performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience, including one year in a call center environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
