Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field, especially Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
