Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Engineering, Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of fixed-price client engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved on scope, on time, and within budget
• Lead pre-sales scoping and estimation for new client opportunities, translating requirements into commercially viable proposals
• Manage client relationships as the senior engineering point of contact, proactively communicating project status and risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, ML/AI engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership or delivery management role within professional services or consulting
• Experience managing fixed-price or outcome-based client engagements
• Strong working knowledge of modern cloud data platforms and AI/ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in data transformation and orchestration tools
