Team Lead, Data Migration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Professional Services (Data Migration).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists and project managers
• Own delivery excellence across multiple migration engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Act as the primary liaison between the Data Migration team and the Sales organization, supporting pre-sales activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise implementation services
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and complex projects
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales in a services or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of data migration concepts and methodologies
• Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 500 customers
