Team Lead Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Development to oversee a team of developers and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of developers, managing team dynamics and performance through regular 1:1s and agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Architect new features, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality delivery while tracking impact against company priorities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications with Ruby on Rails
• Approximately 1 year of experience in people management as a Team Lead or Manager
• Proven experience leading developers in a scrum/agile environment
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and robust testing practices
• Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, GitHub, and Jira
