Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM Enablement Managers while ensuring high-quality delivery of enablement programs
• Own execution quality across Client Onboarding and Success enablement programs, proactively resolving risks and improving operational processes
• Track and report on program-level metrics, providing actionable feedback to enhance future delivery and support leadership with reliable reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement, program management, or a closely related role
• 1+ years of experience managing or leading teams across multiple initiatives
• Strong experience in process design, operational monitoring, and project management
• Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization
• Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments
