Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Energy Market Solutions to lead and grow their Americas Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Americas go-to-market strategy and account plan, supporting sales and service delivery
• Lead a high-performance Solutions team, fostering an environment of innovation and best practices
• Engage with customers to understand their business issues and deliver tailored technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Energy Modeling and Power Market Analysis
• 2+ years of team and people management experience
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience with PLEXOS or similar simulation software in Utility or TSO
• Proven experience in building energy models across various sectors including Electricity and Gas Systems
• Strong delivery record on projects related to net-zero and new energy technologies in the Americas
