Job Summary
Overseeing a team of analysts, the full-time Team Lead - Epic Willow Ambulatory will manage the coordination, training, and implementation of Epic Willow applications while ensuring proper support and execution of projects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and motivate team members while supervising day-to-day operations and support
- Lead the development and implementation of new features or enhancements for large-scale projects
- Collaborate with end-users and management to identify user requirements and recommend software solutions
Required qualifications
