Team Lead Follow Up

Job Summary

Assisting the Follow Up Managers, the full-time remote Team Lead, Follow Up will oversee day-to-day operations of the Follow Up team, focusing on improving efficiency, managing workflows, and building relationships with staff both onshore and offshore.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor team productivity, timecards, and assist in training new and existing employees
• Manage workflow processes, including aging claims and denial resolutions, while ensuring team members meet production goals
• Collaborate with Follow Up Managers to implement process improvements and address high-level issues

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Follow-Up
• Experience with Professional CMS 1500 Billing, multiple clearinghouses, and EMRs
• Knowledge of billing requirements for multiple states and various payers
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with attention to detail
