Team Lead for Account Resolution

Job Summary

Guiding and mentoring a team of Account Resolution Specialists, the fully remote Team Lead for Account Resolution will oversee claim submissions and payments, manage complex accounts, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines while working within the EMR system Epic.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor assigned Account Resolution Specialists and provide continuous feedback to enhance productivity
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex or unresolved accounts
• Review and approve adjustments, ensuring timely follow-up on assigned accounts in accordance with payer guidelines

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in securing medical claim payments and managing claim follow-up
• Prior mentoring experience
• Experience using EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, or similar platforms
