Team Lead for AI Tutors

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Post-training Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data and evaluations by managing data quality, coaching team members, and actively participating in labeling tasks while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data production
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Oversee labeling and reviewing tasks, maintaining high standards and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, or similar domains
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, JIRA, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
