Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first line of support for the Integrated Customer Services team and handle customer escalations
- Monitor real-time performance, conduct quality assurance, and support day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Experience operating a telephone system and processing data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
