Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Integrated Customer Services meet program deliverables and provide first-line support for escalations
  • Monitor real-time performance and staff quality assurance, conducting necessary training and process improvements
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, complete QA activities, and support day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
  • Experience operating a telephone system and processing data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
