Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Integrated Customer Services meet program deliverables and provide first-line support for escalations
- Monitor real-time performance and staff quality assurance, conducting necessary training and process improvements
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, complete QA activities, and support day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Experience operating a telephone system and processing data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
