Job Summary
A company is looking for a NGGS Team Lead to provide leadership and support for the EPA Next Generation Grant System.
Key Responsibilities
- Master user roles and use cases, develop reports, and coordinate with application development teams
- Monitor service desk activities, manage incident tickets, and oversee training and performance of staff
- Investigate issues, support testing activities, and maintain communication with customers and support groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of application operations support experience
- 5+ years of experience leading teams of at least 5 people
- 3+ years of Help Desk Support experience or comparable application operations support
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Salesforce CRM platforms for end-user ticket management
