Team Lead for Insuring Department

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insuring Team Lead to oversee the Insuring Team of Auditors and Insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day tasks of the Insuring team and serve as the first level escalation point for team questions
• Provide employee development, performance coaching, and assist with onboarding and training
• Monitor team's performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs while suggesting process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years' related work experience preferred
• 2+ years' experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role
• 2+ years' experience in an Underwriting or Processing role
• Proficient in FHA Connection, WebLGY, VA Funding Fee system, and USDA LINC
