Team Lead Fullstack Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Team Lead Fullstack Engineer will own the payments and billing processes within the Embedded Finance pod, drive technical direction, and actively contribute to development using React and .NET microservices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers while setting standards for code quality and engineering culture
- Own the technical roadmap for the payments platform, defining evolution, refactoring, and new builds
- Design and engineer end-to-end payment features, ensuring the correctness and reliability of money movement across the product suite
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full-stack depth in React and .NET/C#
- 2+ years of experience leading engineers formally or informally with a proven track record of team development
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, modern React, and enterprise-level software development
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with production payment systems and integrations, including PCI-aware patterns and operational payment processes
