Team Lead, Human Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Team Lead, Human Data Operations will ensure high-quality training data production, manage team performance, and drive operational excellence while working remotely or from one of the company's physical offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Oversee labeling and reviewing tasks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience
• Previous people leadership experience is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and associated tools, with the ability to use metrics for continuous improvement
