Team Lead, Human Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Team Lead, Human Data Operations will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee project quality and delivery, and actively participate in labeling and reviewing tasks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements while collaborating with Human Data Managers and Engineering

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts related to training data quality
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with performance management and coaching in an operational context
