Team Lead, Human Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Team Lead, Human Data Operations will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee labeling and review tasks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, driving continuous improvement and accountability
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance via KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or similar operational domains
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
