Team Lead, Human Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Team Lead, Human Data Operations will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee performance management, and actively participate in labeling tasks while driving operational excellence in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects by reviewing work for accuracy and consistency
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or related operational domains
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with performance management and coaching within a team setting
