Job Summary

Overseeing the Integrated Dual Audit team, the full-time salaried Team Lead Integrated Dual Audit will manage case file reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide training and support for audit preparation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage audit team schedules, workload allocation, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through monthly inter-rater reliability monitoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support audit preparation and operational updates
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three (3) years of Managed Care experience required
  • Two (2) years of Audit Experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
