Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead (Lease Administration Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned territories and oversee a team of analysts and subject matter experts
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, conduct quality control, and provide continuous training to team members
  • Engage in key analyst duties such as lease file reviews and processing operating cost adjustments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least six (6) years of analyst or program support experience in relevant fields
  • Knowledge in research and analysis, commercial lease administration, finance, accounting, or information technology
  • Experience in managing and developing team members
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in complex business practices
  • Proven capability to implement and refine processes efficiently
