Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned territories, the full-time Team Lead, Lease Administration will oversee a team of analysts, ensuring quality standards are met while engaging in key analyst duties remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks and monitor team progress to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Conduct quality control and provide continuous training to team members
- Engage in lease file reviews and process operating cost or real estate tax adjustments
Required qualifications
- At least six (6) years of analyst or program support experience in relevant fields
- Knowledge in commercial lease administration, finance, accounting, or information technology
- Experience in managing and developing team members
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in complex business practices
- Proven track record of implementing and refining processes efficiently
