Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams and managing job site operations
• Knowledge of distribution work and Novinium Rejuvenation Instructions (NRI)
• Ability to perform inventory control and manage supplies
• Familiarity with reporting and documentation processes
• Proven ability to train and develop team members and subcontractors
