Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of 12 coaches, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and review coach performance related to member engagement
• Facilitate team operations, communication, and member support initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in coaching, training, or development
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel for HQ visits and industry events
• Experience in the automotive repair/service industry is preferred
