Job Summary

Accountable for talent management and change initiatives, the full-time Team Lead, Member Services will manage onboarding and training processes while overseeing organizational change communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead daily activities of Mentors, ensuring effective onboarding and early tenure support for new hires
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and training for new processes impacting Member Services
  • Track and report on new hire performance and change adoption, implementing necessary interventions for improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven leadership experience in a contact center, training, recruiting, or operational role
  • Experience in talent development, onboarding, and training program design
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center systems
