Job Summary
Accountable for talent management and change initiatives, the full-time Team Lead, Member Services will manage onboarding and training processes while overseeing organizational change communications in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily activities of Mentors, ensuring effective onboarding and early tenure support for new hires
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and training for new processes impacting Member Services
- Track and report on new hire performance and change adoption, implementing necessary interventions for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven leadership experience in a contact center, training, recruiting, or operational role
- Experience in talent development, onboarding, and training program design
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center systems
