Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Onboarding (Scale) to enhance the onboarding experience for SMB and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize a segmented onboarding framework tailored to customer needs
- Lead a team of onboarding consultants to ensure efficient and impactful onboarding experiences
- Analyze onboarding metrics and advocate for customer needs to inform program improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success operations in a SaaS environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team-lead role
- Proven ability to design and scale onboarding programs effectively
- Strong analytical skills with experience using onboarding KPIs to guide performance
- Familiarity with productivity, analytics, and project management tools
