Job Summary

To enhance customer success, the full-time salaried Team Lead, Onboarding will mentor a team, manage performance development, and address customer escalations while working collaboratively in a dynamic remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Mentor and support team members by guiding day-to-day responsibilities and monitoring performance
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve team skills and manage daily operations
  • Address escalated customer concerns and collaborate with the QA Lead to oversee Quality Assurance workflows
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support or service industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Intermediate experience with Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Workday
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, PHIPA, and GDPR regulations
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within Onboarding preferred
