Job Summary

Leading team efforts in department-specific collections, the full-time Team Lead Operations - Neurology will assist staff with operational issues, identify trends with payors, and promote team goals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist staff with daily operational problems and backlog
• Identify trends with department and payor operations
• Resolve invoices requiring special attention within the team

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance or collections
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding
