Job Summary
Leading a small but high-performing team, the remote Team Lead, Paid Search will manage the paid search strategy and execution, ensuring effective campaign management and optimization while driving performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the paid search channel, ensuring strong execution across campaign structure, bidding, keywords, budget allocation, testing, and optimization
- Manage and coordinate a small paid search team, ensuring clear priorities, fast execution, and strong performance accountability
- Remain hands-on in campaign management, actively working inside the platforms and supporting daily optimizations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads/Bing Ads campaigns in high-growth environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of campaign management, keyword strategy, bidding models, budget scaling, account structure, and performance optimization
- Experience with automation in Paid Search campaign management, including campaign creation at scale and automated bidding workflows
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team in a fast-paced performance marketing environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into clear actions
