Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve performance goals and client requirements

• Oversee performance management, including onboarding, goal planning, and regular performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years related experience in healthcare
• 3-4 years of relevant experience within the organization is recommended
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading a team is preferred
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits in the healthcare industry is required
