Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Payment Accuracy (COB).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet established goals and manage performance, including recruitment and development of talent
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to company policies while managing time off and scheduling
• Conduct performance reviews, goal planning, and provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least five years of related healthcare experience
• 3-4 years of relevant experience within the organization is recommended
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading a team is preferred
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically in Coordination of Benefits, is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
