Job Summary

Leading a team of auditors and outreach specialists, the full-time Team Lead, Premium Audit will manage daily operations, coach team members, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily workload distribution and monitor team performance against established targets
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex insured and agent inquiries, ensuring effective resolution
  • Review audit documentation and outreach interactions for accuracy and adherence to established SOPs
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in premium audit and 4 years in commercial insurance
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of state/bureau specific premium audit rules and ability to communicate them effectively
  • Intermediate proficiency with G-Suite tools, collaboration tools (preferably Slack), and Salesforce
