Job Summary
Leading a team of auditors and outreach specialists, the full-time Team Lead, Premium Audit will manage daily operations, coach team members, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily workload distribution and monitor team performance against established targets
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex insured and agent inquiries, ensuring effective resolution
- Review audit documentation and outreach interactions for accuracy and adherence to established SOPs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in premium audit and 4 years in commercial insurance
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of state/bureau specific premium audit rules and ability to communicate them effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with G-Suite tools, collaboration tools (preferably Slack), and Salesforce
