Job Summary

Leading a team of 8-15 content labeling associates, the remote Team Lead, Product Operations will supervise daily classification activities, ensure team training and compliance, and foster a collaborative work environment while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily classification/labeling activities of team members
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
