Team Lead Quality Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Quality & Performance for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality audits based on random and targeted sampling of data
• Identify inefficiencies and process gaps for ongoing process improvement
• Meet with team members for monthly quality assurance scoring and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of work experience in healthcare insurance collections
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and coding experience preferred
• Experience with practice management systems and physician/professional billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate successfully in a fast-paced team environment
