Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle management efforts, the full-time Team Lead, RCM Operations will manage daily operations, optimize client revenue retention, and train employees on practice management systems in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned client accounts, conducting root cause analysis and identifying potential issues
  • Assign workloads to team members, validate work accuracy, and ensure timely completion of end-of-month processes
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires while providing ongoing coaching and development for team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing billing and collections teams within the healthcare industry
  • Proven leadership qualities with experience in driving change management initiatives and fostering high-performing teams
  • Strong supervisory competencies, including coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment skills
  • Proficient in software applications essential for revenue cycle management, including Google for Business and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with clearinghouses and SaaS products used in healthcare billing and collections is highly desirable
