Job Summary

To support patient advocacy efforts, the full-time Team Lead - Referral Management will manage complex case resolutions, mentor Patient Advocates, and interact with various healthcare agencies in a 100% remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage follow-up and resolution of complex cases, including those requiring appeals
  • Act as a mentor and assist in training new Patient Advocates
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and prepare reports for clients as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
  • Preferred case management experience and familiarity with state and federal programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in critical thinking and multitasking
