Team Lead, Referral Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing referral partner network, the full-time Team Lead, Referral Operations will manage relationships with top-tier partners, oversee team operations, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships and data reconciliation for top-tier referral partner firms, resolving discrepancies between external and internal reports
• Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries and manage day-to-day operations alongside the Manager
• Communicate proactively with external partners and apply strategic thinking to solve ambiguous problems

Required qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• A track record of independent work and initiative without needing reminders
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make sound judgment calls in gray areas
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding the root causes of issues
• Attention to detail, particularly in reconciling data across multiple systems
