Team Lead - Retail Development

A company is looking for a Team Lead - Retail Development to guide their Retail Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Lead a team of developers while balancing project oversight and hands-on coding

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to manage both people and projects while contributing as an active developer
• Strong understanding of modern web development technologies and methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and managing technical dependencies
