Job Summary

Providing daily operational leadership, the full-time remote Team Lead, Revenue Services will manage billing, collections, and payment processes while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Directs team activities to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections for residential, commercial, and industrial customers
  • Conducts audits and monitors team compliance with operational and financial controls, focusing on continuous process improvement
  • Provides training and subject matter expertise to team members and key internal stakeholders, enhancing overall job knowledge and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Technology, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, or a High School/GED degree with seven years of experience in lieu of the degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and SAP
  • Working knowledge of applicable utility commission rules and regulations
  • Ability to analyze data for accuracy and resolve complex customer issues
