Team Lead, SaaS and AI

Job Summary

Leading a team of SaaS and AI support professionals, the full-time Team Lead, SaaS Tools & AI Enablement will manage the administration of approximately 40 enterprise SaaS applications and drive AI tool deployment while working onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on SaaS operations and AI enablement
• Manage the lifecycle and administration of enterprise SaaS applications
• Drive the deployment and operational support of enterprise AI tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS administration experience
• 2+ years of experience leading technical support or SaaS administration teams
• Hands-on administration experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience deploying or supporting enterprise AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise
• Proven ability to manage ticket queues and operational support teams
