Job Summary

Team Lead Software Development is a full-time position focused on empowering and guiding a development team to deliver features for an industrial operating system while ensuring technical excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions while ensuring code quality
• Provide technical expertise for production issues and facilitate cross-team communication

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership or mentoring capabilities
• 3+ years of experience with warehouse management systems or similar industrial systems
• Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem
• Strong database experience, including design and optimization
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
