Key Responsibilities

• Supervise software development teams and manage product areas within the enterprise product suite
• Integrate accessibility features into development practices and conduct accessibility audits
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure project timelines and quality measures are met

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.1/2.2
• Experience with accessibility auditing tools and testing with assistive technologies
• Expert experience with ReactJS and familiarity with front-end UI technologies
