Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Solutions to lead and coordinate pre-sales and implementation support for the Japan sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and measure key response metrics for the Solutions team, including research tasks and technical delivery
- Lead and mentor the Solutions team in Japan, managing operational functions and performance reviews
- Engage with clients to communicate technical product features and support their strategies
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in mathematics, engineering, economics, or a related quantitative field (minimum Bachelor's, Master's preferred)
- N1-level proficiency in Japanese (advanced/near-native)
- Deep domain expertise in the Japan energy market and understanding of emerging technologies
- Experience with PLEXOS or other market simulation software tools
- Basic knowledge of scripting/coding languages and understanding of cloud environments
