Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Coordinators, the full-time Team Lead Support Coordinator will ensure the delivery of appropriate care and services to members while managing departmental responsibilities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervises team activities including case creation, assessment screenings, and processing correspondence
- Analyzes and coordinates daily activities of team members to meet productivity goals in quality and accuracy
