Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Tax Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach associates in resolving complex customer service issues and on-boarding new associates
- Participate in problem identification and resolution with the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal service levels and quality
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HCM software, payroll tax experience preferred
- Subject matter expertise within Tax systems and processes
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with SalesForce.com and/or customer management analytical software preferred
