Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Technical Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and develops a team focused on API onboarding and integration support
  • Establishes team processes and workflows to ensure timely resolution of partner issues
  • Acts as an escalation point for complex partner issues and drives systemic improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, API support engineering, or technical customer support engineering
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers in a technical support environment
  • Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns
  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems
  • Experience defining and improving operational processes and support workflows
