Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead UI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, overseeing feature and infrastructure roadmaps
• Lead system design and architecture with a focus on UI performance optimization and security practices
• Collaborate with product teams to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure quality through UI testing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product delivery for B2B or B2C customers
• 5+ years of experience managing an engineering team
• Extensive knowledge of front-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
